LET’S UNPACK
Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship patterns, or simply feeling overwhelmed, reaching out for support is a powerful act of care—and you're in the right place.
If you're considering working together, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. It's a chance for you to ask questions, share what’s been coming up, and get a sense of whether this space feels like a supportive fit for your healing work.
You don’t need a script or a perfect reason. Just curiosity and a willingness to reach out.
What Happens Next?
After completing the consultation form, please allow me the opportunity to review it. You’ll hear back within 24 to 48 business hours with a link to schedule your call.

Your Journey Begins Here
Remember, there’s no right or wrong way to start therapy. The most important thing is that you’re taking this step for yourself. I’m here to offer a safe, affirming, and supportive space for you to work through whatever challenges you’re facing.
Thank you for your trust, and I look forward to the possibility of working together. Here is more information on what you can expect out of therapy.
-
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and any concerns you might have. It’s a chance for you to share your story in a safe, non-judgmental space. We’ll also discuss practical details, such as scheduling and confidentiality, to make sure you feel comfortable moving forward.

Therapy is a personal journey, and it’s natural to have questions about whether it’s the right fit for you. If you’re experiencing challenges related to identity, relationships, stress, or life transitions, therapy can provide valuable support. Our work together will focus on helping you better understand yourself, develop coping skills, and navigate the challenges you’re facing with greater confidence.
-
The frequency of our sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Typically, clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish a strong therapeutic relationship. Over time, we may adjust the frequency based on your progress and comfort level.
-
Feeling nervous about starting therapy is completely normal. It’s a new experience, and it’s natural to have some anxiety about opening up to someone new. My goal is to create a warm, affirming environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Remember, therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll move at a speed that feels right for you.
-
Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy, and your privacy is of the utmost importance. Everything we discuss in our sessions will remain confidential, with a few exceptions required by law (such as if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others). We’ll go over these details in our first session so you’re fully informed.

Absolutely. Therapy through Telehealth can be just as effective as in-person sessions. It offers the same level of confidentiality, support, and care, with the added convenience of being in a space where you feel comfortable. Many clients find they can open up more easily from their own home, and we’ll use video, voice, and interactive tools to ensure you feel connected and supported.
