Breaking the Father Wound Cycle is a structured, biweekly container for women who are ready to move beyond awareness and begin interrupting the patterns shaped by father wounds and father absence.

This is for you if:

You’re high-functioning but still stuck in familiar relationship cycles
You understand your patterns intellectually but struggle to shift them
You’re tired of being the “strong one” in love
You want to process in community — but in a way that feels contained and intentional

Over four sessions, we will:

Map how your father wound shaped your relational blueprint
Identify the protective patterns you lean on
Examine attraction, red flags, and repetition cycles
Practice responding from your present self instead of your wounded self

This is not a venting circle.
This is not crisis therapy.

It’s a guided, trauma-informed support space designed to help you deepen your healing in real time — in community.

This group is ideal if you are already working with a therapist or have outside support in place, as we will be exploring meaningful and layered themes.

You don’t have to be fully “ready.”
You just have to be willing.

This Book club idea came up when I realized that processing hard topics can be helpful with a reference point and validation. After hosting Daddy Issues & Dating Discussion, I want to work on creating a container for those who need more but may need a slower start. I'm hoping to make this book club consistent and hope that people will be open to sharing topics they'd like to focus on in the future. You can show up for a group or 2, or you can show up to all 4 sessions.

I wish I could read both of the books offered, but we will only be reading one of these books at a time, and it will be based on which book has the most interest. That doesn’t mean we wont read the other at a later date!
