Immigration Evaluations

Culturally attuned, trauma-informed evaluations for immigration cases in Massachusetts and Maryland

Are you or your client in need of a mental health evaluation to support an immigration case?

Immigration Psychological Evaluations

Serving clients in Massachusetts and Maryland

I provide comprehensive, trauma-informed immigration psychological evaluations for clients located in MA and MD. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Certified (LCSW-C).

Evaluations are conducted virtually for accessibility and flexibility, with a standard two-week turnaround. Interpreter services can be arranged when needed.

I provide evaluations for:

  • VAWA

  • Asylum

  • Extreme Hardship

  • U Visa

  • T Visa

Each evaluation includes 1 to 2 clinical interview sessions and results in a detailed written report that may include:

  • Psychosocial history

  • Trauma history (when applicable)

  • Clinical observations

  • Diagnostic impressions, if appropriate

  • Clear clinical findings connected to relevant immigration criteria

Scope of Services:
I serve strictly as an evaluator. I do not provide therapy as part of this service, and I do not make determinations regarding visa outcomes. My services are solely for the preparation of written psychological reports. I do not provide expert witness testimony or court appearances.

Fee: $800 per evaluation.

As a Haitian-American, first-generation clinician, I approach this work with cultural humility and a deep understanding of the systemic and intergenerational realities many immigrant families navigate.
