Therapy for Black Women in Massachusetts & Maryland
You’ve carried the weight of being "the strong one" for long enough.
You look like you have it all together, but the armor is getting heavy.
Society has rewarded your resilience, your excellence, and your ability to push through no matter what. Whether you’re navigating systemic friction in corporate or academic spaces, caring for everyone around you, or quietly managing high-functioning anxiety, you rarely get a place where you can just... exhale. You shouldn't have to explain microaggressions, racial fatigue, or cultural nuances to your therapist just to get support.
What We Work On
In our work together, we don't just talk in circles—we help your nervous system experience real safety and relief.
We focus on:
Releasing "Strong Black Woman" Burnout: Learning that your worth is not tied to how much pain, pressure, or responsibility you can carry.
Guilt-Free Boundaries: Shifting out of chronic people-pleasing and over-extending yourself for family, work, or partnerships.
Somatic & Nervous System Peace: Using proven, body-based methods like EMDR & Brainspotting Therapy so you don't have to re-traumatize yourself just to heal.
Virtual Therapy Across Massachusetts & Maryland I provide culturally responsive, high-touch online therapy for Black women and femmes living throughout MA (Areas include Boston, Cambridge, Quincy, Somerville, Raynham) and MD (Areas include Silver Spring, Bethesda, Baltimore, Prince George's County, and surrounding areas).
