The Soft Reset is a 90-minute monthly mindfulness gathering designed for women, caregivers, healers, and professionals in Massachusetts (and beyond) who are feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves.

In a calming and culturally informed space, you’ll learn how burnout impacts your mind, body, and nervous system, and experience practical tools to release tension, regulate your emotions, and reconnect with your body.

Whether you’re a busy professional in Massachusetts, nearby Rhode Island, or simply craving a grounding, restorative reset, this session is your permission slip to let it all down and come home to yourself.

This is not therapy, this is a calm space to land.

What you’ll experience:

  • Guided mindfulness & grounding exercises

  • Safe space for emotional release (movement, brain dump, or both)

  • Nervous system regulation techniques you can use anytime

  • Support from a compassionate facilitator with experience in trauma-informed care
